13. Lausitz Café - mobility and local supply

The Lausitz Café is an entertaining and regular recurring series of events that will be carried out this time in cooperation with the municipality of Oybin . Together we would like to discuss specific questions about local supply and mobility .

In 2025 we want to carry the series of events all over the district of Görlitz and invite to the guest house in Oybin (2nd floor; council hall) on Thursday, March 6, 2025 .

 Questions:

 1. Sustainable mobility solutions

How can mobility in the country be made more attractive again and increase the quality of life of all generations? What solutions combine everyday commuters with the transport needs of local companies?

2. Innovation network

What structure is needed so that citizens can get involved in order to find innovative solutions for the local challenges and to implement themselves? Which new cooperations/networking can clubs, companies and citizens enter into? How can the local community develop its own identity and common goals for which a personal commitment is worthwhile?

3. Local supply in rural regions

Now the municipality is faced with the question: How can local supply be secured sustainably without becoming a financial burden? How can citizens be motivated to actively work for the preservation (product selection, opening times, etc.)? How can regional producers be strengthened?

 

The offer is aimed at all citizens of the district of Görlitz and is free of charge. Catering is also provided so that nobody has to discuss hungry.
