Kodersdorf - Networking meeting "Hydrogen network and requirements in the district of Görlitz"

Ladies and Gentlemen 

we as ENO would like to support the economy in the district of Görlitz together with the IHK, the HWK and the regional business developers in preparing the way to a climate-neutral future. That is why we are involved, among other things, as a regional multiplier for the study "Hydrogen Network Central Germany 2.0" in order to make local hydrogen requirements visible and to be able to initiate preparatory steps for the development of the hydrogen economy. In addition to the pipeline infrastructure, this also includes corresponding H ₂ filling stations.

We invite you to present the current activities, potential and study goals to you, but also to talk about the quantities you need:

On September 18th, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Kodersdorf (municipal administration, Straße derFreundschaft 1, 02923 Kodersdorf)

The target group of the events are regional companies that are already interested or can already name a specific need for hydrogen, but also project developers, business developers, chambers and interested parties.

Background “Hydrogen Network Central Germany 2.0”

On behalf of 54 private and public partners, the European metropolitan region of Central Germany, the hydrogen network HYPOS, DBI Gas- und Umwelttechnik GmbH and INFRACON Infrastructure Service GmbH & Co. KG have conducted their joint study for a regional hydrogen distribution network in the federal states of Saxony, Saxony -Anhalt and Thuringia started. In addition to potential route corridors and their connection to the national and European hydrogen network, the future needs for green hydrogen and potential sources of generation in the region are also being examined.

Background hydrogen filling station

In addition to the study, the ENO is running a regional working group on “Hydrogen Mobility”. The aim here is to set up a hydrogen filling station in the district of Görlitz. For this purpose, parallel queries are currently being made to logistics companies via the Freiberg Institute GmbH. The next working group will take place on September 25, 2023 in Görlitz. In addition to possible business models and an exchange of experiences, you will also be on site with test vehicles. More information can be found here:
